You didn't want to die, that's why you called. If you wanted to die you wouldn't be here. Suicide on impulse tends to result in attempts or attention calls. For someone to truly commit to it it takes years of degradation of the self preservation instincts, it's not impulsive or a matter of weeks/months.

People who have degraded to that point prefer efficacy, for them technically the best method would be dehydration. Although for someone who's attempting impulsive suicide that wouldn't work because it takes days and they would back out.

I can't even afford bullets to kill myself because of what boomers did to this economy. Gravity is free, but to jump from a bridge high enough in my area I have to pay the toll to enter, I get ushered out of high buildings immediately by immigrants. I can't jump in front of a car because of all the pedestrian safety features implemented in cars today.
