no other country would allow it to be flown over their airspace. China isn't gonna let the north Koreans launch a sketchy missle over their air neither will Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, or the other half a dozen countries that it would have to pass through. They wouldn't let it drive there either.
Shipping by ocean is out because America, Israel, and other allies countries control the shipping straits in and out of Iran

I don't think the act of transportation is difficult, it's the intelligence aspect of achieving it, and allowing enough time post delivery for it to be weaponized before it gets picked up by Western channels and Zion Don pile drives Tehran with tactical nukes.
