That positive birth rate is largely due to their orthdox Jewish population who are a strain on social services, tend not be as educated as secular Jews, and mostly don’t serve in the military. Non-religious Jews aren’t reproducing enough. Their Muslim population is also factoring into that birth rate and it’s enough of a concern where they’re worried they might not be a majority Jewish state in a few decades.
