No snacks in the house except for popcorn, and not the microwave popcorn. Get a cheap little popcorn popper.
Get rid of your microwave.
Get rid of ready to eat food.
If you want a snack or a meal that's fair. But you have to cook it.
If you're not motivated enough to cook a meal then you're not really hungry, you're feeding your mental condition and not your body. So, no snacks or convenient microwave meals. No ordering food unless you're like me who works a 12+ hour day outside doing actual labor and do not have time to prepare something. I'll trade one of my overtime hours for some wor won-ton soup or a 12" thick crust pizza that will be supper for 2 nights.
Not only will you lose weight but you'll pick up some lovely recipes that would make your nan proud when you bring them over for holiday dinners.
