So eat the fucking pizza. Then make a plan to start exercising. It doesn't matter how often or how much, just make a plan to consistently do it. Once you get used to that routine, try and add more and be more intense with the workout. Then slowly start changing your eating habits too. And if you have a setback? You do not beat yourself up. You just get back on the wagon again. Setbacks are not really setbacks unless you choose to stop. Choose to consistently go on a forward trajectory, and when you lapse and go backwards it really doesn't matter because your net progress is always forward. Eat the fucking pizza, don't guilt yourself.

Here is my tip to beat obesity.
No snacks in the house except for popcorn, and not the microwave popcorn. Get a cheap little popcorn popper.
Get rid of your microwave.
Get rid of ready to eat food.
If you want a snack or a meal that's fair. But you have to cook it.
If you're not motivated enough to cook a meal then you're not really hungry, you're feeding your mental condition and not your body. So, no snacks or convenient microwave meals. No ordering food unless you're like me who works a 12+ hour day outside doing actual labor and do not have time to prepare something. I'll trade one of my overtime hours for some wor won-ton soup or a 12" thick crust pizza that will be supper for 2 nights.
Not only will you lose weight but you'll pick up some lovely recipes that would make your nan proud when you bring them over for holiday dinners.

You’re addicted. That’s not nearly as bad as it sounds, because you can quickly break addictions. I quit weed a month ago, and seriously reduced my near daily drinking over the past couple weeks. I’m already at a point where I no longer feel an impulse for either. I love my wife and kids and she’s been much nicer and going to church and losing weight and soon I’ll be missing memories with these girls, one’s just over 2 and 1/2. So listen. What does this have to do with food? I’ve also lost 90 lbs. Penn Jillette is absolutely right, it takes just two weeks of cutting sugar and bread to have no cravings for the rest. The sugar builds a colony of microbes in your gut that push a little button that says “more”. Bread makes you weaker in ways that defy belief. Take a hard break from these and witness a miracle and feel much more alive.
