I got mugged by reality over the last few years. Turns out the neocons were right about everything. Trump has learned that too.

Not exactly. I believe that europe and america would both benefit from working together and abandoning israel.
Americans are foolish to not see russia as an enemy. Putin is spending billions of dollars in his attempt to cause a civil war in america.
I am not a neocon, but i am a north atlanticist.

I think I might be leaning that way too... Because I suspect that the opposition to neocons are responsible for all of the beaners in the country. And they would have stopped it in a hurry.

Except for that whole $3 trillion Iraq War. But I'm willing to give neocons a second chance.

Neo Cons certainly set a ball in motion that we can't escape but that's the logical inevitability of allying with Israel

Russia is an enemy. Anyone saying otherwise is deluded.
Trump isn't a neocon, but he is learning the hard way that these places only listen to violence. He bent over backwards to get a deal with Iran and they gave him the middle finger.
Putin has done the same thing as Iran by pretending it wants peace while dragging out this charade of 'negotiations' for eternity.

We'd all be better off if the b2s were invoked sooner rather than later in Iran and Russia. There's no real argument not to.

It might have ended sooner and cheaper if we just let them torture the shitskins in the beginning instead of holding them back.

Getting america to invade iran is in israel's and russia's interests. I hate both of those countries.
You probably understand how israel benefits.
Russia gets a high oil price and a destabilization of the political regime in america.

It isn't in Russia's interest. For one thing it completely takes the north south corridor out of action. That means Russia has to send its oil a much longer route to sell. It means it loses access to Iranian weapons, particularly drones, which they've relied on. It also loses its buddy in the Middle East to (possibly) a brand new pro US regime.

The oil price is correct, that's a good thing for Russia but it comes at a huge cost.
Political instability is being really overstated by /pol/ and people like Tucker Carlson (a literal Russian shill). I don't believe Trump is going to lose his MAGA base, and he's not able to run for another term regardless. It's really only a small % of the GOP who oppose this decision too.

With that said, I agree that a boots on the ground war would be something Russia would exploit. It would mean a lot of aid goes to the Middle East and not Ukraine too. I don't think Trump wants boots on the ground though, he doesn't want Iraq mk2.

Ask yourself why every pro Russian eceleb is going crazy about this strike on Iran if it was so great for Russia? They might pretend to seethe but they're going overboard with it.
