This btw is the exact reason that Iran should not be allowed to have a nuke. They are like Klingons basically. Death is like some kind of honor for them. Even Russia agrees they should not have a nuke. And btw I wouldn't give Ukraine a nuke either. They are pretty fucking bloodthirsty too.

You have to be severely crazy and almost not human to want to impose a nuclear war upon yourself and your nation. its easy to say "Just nuke em!" but the reality is nobody can do it. Terrorism is different and its why there is a war on terrorism. You can't just hit someone with nukes because of terrorism either. Because they are isolated groups of nutcases. So terrorists will do attacks because they want war to escalate and people to die. These people are no where near competent enough to get anywhere near nuclear weapons. Nobody would let them.
