They were pretty conclusively dismantled by the Israelis, and there is really nothing they can do to stop further airstrikes, especially from the US.
They lost most of their surface to surface missile launchers and now have under 100. Missiles are useless without the launcher.
Some places/people have missiles others have launchers but they can't get the missiles to the launchers because of constant Israeli fighter patrols.
The burning question is: Do they have SOME loaded launchers?
Possibly. Likely even.
The calculus they have to perform if they risk firing them, though, is pretty complicated, much less fire them at say, Al Udeid airbase Qatar which is the closest US base to Iran and where the entire US command is.
Putting the Iranian political leadership out with air strikes right now would be a chip shot for the US.
The Iranians are stuck in a pretty hard place right now: Risk further US involvement and definite Ayotollah getting bombed or just cut your losses and move on.
