Anyone who isn't a retard knows that, hell even pakis Pakis were smart enough to get some, if you don't have nukes you are either a puppet state of someone, or just a shithole that can be swept unted the rug with no consequence, the road to world peace is not about diplomatic talks with pathological liars, but having 1000's of nukes and the ability succesfully deliver them to your enemies, if you believe anythkng else you are retarded.
