you can drop bigger bombs (and more bombs) with a B2, you can't deliver a GBU-57A/B MOP weighting 30,000 lb (13,600 kg) using a TLAM or a JASSM, i think both have a 1,000-pound (450 kg) limit, so it was theater

because Iran is trying to cope that it still has a sophisticated air-defense system. Clearly they don't and it's a shambles. Houthis have better organized AA. It might also indicate the Iranian army may be a bit of a shambles too, are they even mobilizing? We'll see.
