I'd like to hear one argument that preemptive strikes to cripple a stated enemy's capability to threaten the homeland are bad on principle, because so far I'm just hearing dindu nuffin style kvetching about how Iran weren't actually planning on nuking the US the second they could, or just weird arguments about how because the Jews are bad that means that nations that hate the Jews are good even if they hate us too

Preemptive strikes are often a bad idea, mostly as they provoke (probably warranted) retalliation, and we all know it was done, but as much as I don't like our overt Israel penis sucking, I can't really say anything against the way it was done. Relatively clean, strategic target, targeted at disabling underground nuclear capability. Not a bad tactical decision in the slightest.

Israel launched an unsuccessful preemptive attack the other week and Iran responded by starting an exchange of drone and missile fire with Israel. America’s attack was neither preemptive nor successful. It was just an attack.
