We know it doesn't. It's supposed to be at peacetime strength and has been falling far behind recruitment targets. Now we're at war with a huge and technologically advanced country.

there is no terrorist organisation in the ME anymore that would do the dirty work for them. you underestimate how much people they just to operate all their bases that's why they recently made a strategic paper which says that the civili sector in europe would have to undertake logistic jobs for them in case of an all out war. their fighting personell is probably around 100k.
