The premise is that those who sponsor war want violent actors to wield the weapons they purchased. Which implies that they desire violent actors.
However, the price of a competent violent actor is much greater than any weapon they could employ. If they actually drafted a person like this everyone would lose as the violent individual would likely see the situation for what it is.
So a draft would really be a ploy to convince a retard to be a target. Or a DEI union job for MP/slop salesmen types.
