I have chronic pain and can't get any opioids prescribed to treat it which is the only thing that works. I either buy opioids or literally don't sleep from back pain ever. Before I started opioids I basically didn't sleep longer than an hour at a time from age 22 - 26 unless I drank myself into a stupor. Now I can exist without any problems and have been without complaint for over 5 years despite the cost of the "medicine"
