Yes, there have been many tests by Korea. During Trump's last term they were blowing nukes up all over the place and Trump met with the Kim Jong Un to get him to stop. It was arguably Trump's greatest accomplishment and only cost us billions in aide every year to North Korea.

That's the moral of the story, I guess. Either you threaten to destroy the U.S. after developing nukes or you disarm at the whim of the U.S. and they kill your leadership. Those are the only options.

Hopefully they give Iran Nukes to bomb Israel.
