Housing in the northeast is way too expensive. I grew up on long island and moved to virginia last year. Sold my small long island house for almost 600k and bought a huge house in virginia for 350k. I was actually thinking about moving to northern mass and the prices there are even worse. Literal 1 room shacks from 350k to 450k. You can't get a decent house up there until you get above 500k

Get a 3-400sq.ft condo. None of you single loner fucks need a house. I bet most of you have 2 different outfits to chose from an a pair of shoes, one toothbrush, one phone and a laptop/pc. You dont need anything else than a square room and a place to shower, shit in, and one plate where you can boil some shit and have a microwave.
