Turkey is acting as the tip of the scale since the Arab spring destabilized the region, they prevented both Syria and Libya's territorial reunification by providing limited, but crucial backing to their proxies. They also managed to mostly pacify the Kurds. Curious on what their roles is going to be in the coming years.
