It's all down to composite manufacturing tech. We've been continuously evolving it for almost a century since fiberglass first hit the scene and that really adds up, not just in terms of the actual tech but also in people who know how to work with it, design for it, etc. Everybody else is pretty much 40-50 years behind, other than maybe the British (they were early adopters of carbon fiber but their aircraft industry collapsed around the same time and they ended up becoming the leader in motorsports composites instead, there's a reason most F1 teams are based there). Knowing how stealth shaping and what the materials are is one thing but the experience necessary to actually mass produce them accurately and reliably is another and really hard to catch up with, China etc. will do it faster than we did but it'll still take a few decades for them to even catch up with where we are now.

The US basically used them to bomb empty but heavily fortified bunkers, with the help of over 100 aircraft as backup. From Iran's perspective there was no reason to waste precious AA on them. With all the preparation needed to do this one strike, Iran was able to move all their assets to safer locations and the US wasted billions of dollars for nothing. An overpriced, slow to deploy weapon is not a good weapon.

Naval shipbuilding is a highly specialized industry that requires massive infrastructure investments and generational knowledge and experience. The fact china makes a lot of cheap steel doesn't mean they're competitive in ship production or could become so overnight.

Beyond making cheap toys for the planet and ghost cities it's unlikely they can increase their sheer output a whole lot more than they already have achieved. The US is not focused on manufacturing so obviously they produce less but its not inconceivable that that can change and they could see a massive expansion in domestic manufacturing which is basically only low now because carbon emissions and other bullshit forces them to outsource it.
