Should Gambling be banned? It is obviously a scam to siphon money out of retards, but should we stop people from taking advantage of gamblers or should we not waste effort protecting them? If gambling is banned, would you want this to include more socially acceptable forms of gambling, like buying a lottery ticket?

Yes it obviously should be banned as a form of business. If you and your friends want to gamble, go ahead. However the moment it becomes a business it should be banned outright. Businesses that profit off of gambling are net drains to society and exist purely to profit off of another's suffering.
