Implying all productive non-whites are "spiritually white" is pretty demeaning to those non-whites.

As in you're ascribing everything "good" to some almost ethereal quality of whiteness, rather than a mix of traits that vary from individual to individual, and population to population.

what race really boils down to is a cluster of distributions of genetic alleles in certain continents/geographic areas.
The key word here is DISTRIBUTION.
An african with high IQ and who lacks the genes for aggression is mentally highly similar to a white person, and physical phenotype would be the only "major" difference, which is not grounds for different treatment as human races generally have similar physical capabilities.
