>>508409578What's your price range? Land buying is more than just looking on zillow. You should use google maps and scout the land before even visiting. Road access is very important especially state owned land, and ideally you would want state land in front of you
I bought 60 acres for 21k but it was all cash. You wont find a deal like this in missouri or kentucky, you have to go west where theres no big cities or goyslop normie towns. Just small rural town high desert and offgrid land. Arizona and utah are very good for this
>>508411423Okay, please mr fortune teller, give a detailed random guess on exactly what each state, break off country will be named and where their borders will be. It's literally impossible. I dislike maps that try to guess political states. At most with accuracy you can only predict regions that will form, and migration of people.
As I said most in america will flee west due to the simple fact of population density and the chaos. The northwest west of america will be the safest part of america.
East coast will be a shitshow of chaos except maybe some straggler communities living rurally in appalachia and maybe some in the high mountain like hills of missouri near ozarks
