Many Irish went into debt and to pay off their debt were enslaved for a time or permanently. Africans, the original African slaves were prisoners serving life sentences for heinous nigger crimes. The trade ships would go around to kingdoms and pick up their prisoners. When the kings realized this was profitable for them, they imprisoned their own niggers ir enemy tribe niggers and claimed they were imprisoned for murder or rape and serving a life sentence, then sold them. This got extremely out of hand to the point the slavers definitely knew there weren't that many murderers, and slavers even began just capturing tribesmen and claiming they were bought from a prison. They knew what they were doing and didn't care. Same goes for many of the buyers, they enslaved the children of these "prisoners" too which doesn't stick to the justification. They were beaten because you know how niggers are, uppity and lazy. Many Irish slaves were smart enough to escape and ran into the Appalachian hills. That's where the term hillbilly came from. Irish were called Billy and were hiding in the hills.
This is not a justification for slavery, but an unknown part of history. It wasn't because of racism, they had to make up an excuse as to why they were slaves, and they did just make it up. Many blacks were free in the American colonies depending on how they got here. Slaves were sold for the modern equivalent of 20-40k, which the common folk did not have back then (commoners now need a loan for that). They were expensive farm and factory equipment that the rich used to devalue the labor of the white working class, so they wouldn't be demanded a salary and benefits. The original union busting immigrants used by the elites to fuck us over.
