don't go to 4chan expecting your own personal army to do things for you, but I can give you my 2 cents from my foray into the YT algorithim.
If you want to "hack the algorithm," as they say, you want to prioritize a couple things: retention rate(the rate at which people watch your videos to a certain point), click-through-rate(the rate at which people click on your videos after seeing its thumbnail), and engagement (ppl liking, commenting and interacting with ur channel). If your videos do well on all of these metrics, along with a consistent upload rate, the algorithm gods of YT will bless your videos and start recommending it to more people it thinks it will like it.

I mean It ain't that complex: the YouTube algorithm is something that tries to give people videos they might like. These metrics, like the ones I just elaborated on, are data points that the algorithm uses to determine whether your viewers like your videos or not.

TL;DR: Make videos the users will click on and watch through, and the algorithm will reward u, so make interesting videos.

But you also want to "blackpill" the masses. that's gonna be a herculean task, but it is possible to do. You can brand yourself as a dating-advice channel, and you should drop incel/4chan lingo because you'll alienate most normies. You should also exploit people's curiosity gap, which means you tell other people that you know something that they don't and you have the answers they ever so desire.
