>See someone get asked a question.
>Instead of racking their brains, mulling it over, activating those nuerons to promote intellectual exercise and independent thought they get out their phones
>They ask a chatbot to think for them
>Until it generates a reply they sort of soft sundown like a dementia or alzheimers patient and experience a blank period where their face drops all emotion, they start vacantly into the middle distance and simply stop thinking until a sound notifys them the machine is done thinking for them
>The people that do this seem to be losing their ability to remember things, do basic math, imagine concepts without visuals in front of them to get the mental engines turning over and just in general seem to be turning into literal videogame npcs at best, dementia speedrunners at worst
>This is the majority of the general public in the western world now.
>As medical journals are publishing papers that yes indeed relying on a chatbot in the moments where you usually go "oh what was the name of that thing?" and ruminate to force your brain to think and form new connections across its neural net is actually causing your brain to degrade and your intelligence to burn away like an elderly person with a degenerative condition.

Doesn't this worry people? its like how after smartphones became the norm a lot of people didn't even notice they lost their ability to write with a pen until they try and go "oh my god how could this happen??". Not only are these ai things often full of shit and will give people incorrect, life endangering results. But just in general to live in times such as these and see people reduce themselves voluntarily to a cattle like state is the most dystopian thing i think i've ever seen.

Think how many politicians in positions of power are already one of these half lives already and how its only going to get worse until techbros move onto their next "next big thing" hustle when the bubble bursts.

You need to realize how many people worldwide got a needle containing instructions and material for self-replicating nanorouters shoved into their arms in the last 4 years. It's most of humanity. There will be more fake "pandemics" in the future to get more of the stragglers to take the vaccine or disconnect from society. The psyops will get more and more intense in regards to the severity of whatever virus or bacteria they've intentionally spread around the world. There will be a point where you will NEED to take the vaccine.

The vaccine will serve as a means of getting your body to produce its own unique digital ID and as a way of actually preventing you from dying due to whatever they've cooked up in the future. I'm not exaggerating when I say that you will take a vaccine, if you haven't already, sometime in the future. The alternative is to completely isolate yourself from society which will, in reality regardless of your little fantasies, actually make you extremely vulnerable.

Stop thinking about projects like they're run by one independent cabal of demons sitting around a table and managing everyone by themselves with no outside help. The people, companies, organizations, and governments who have developed this and are working on implementing it are all a syndicate across a broad spectrum. The whole project is a syndication of converging interests. Companies, organizations, elites, government, etc, all benefit from everyone having a unique digital ID. There's money to make here. There's control to gain here. That's why you and I will lose in the end.

I don't 'worry' about it but indeed am aware of it.
People were already becoming dumber / lowering overall IQ years prior to the introduction of LLM AI

Fwiw, we apparently still have time (pic rel).

Generally, the calculator scenario wasn't as catastrophic as expected either. People lost the ability to do math in their head, but those that care about math replaced that ability with knowledge about using a calculator. Some fell off, some improved beyond their innate abilities. Same will happen with AI - it will filter people.
I'd worry more about it being in the hands of kikes, who will no doubt use it to control narratives and revise history. grok, for one, already tells you "race is a social construct" even if that claim barely fits the initial question.

I don't care about the general public but i do worry they're making me stupider. The flip side is that I would probably never get an answer for a lot of the questions I ask AI.

I'm currently reading Locke's book and after I'm done with a chapter I sometimes have background questions that I ask (for example how confident people were that the world was made of particles at the time, and why). It reminds me of a class discussion about a reading, which I otherwise couldn't do without being in school. Maybe one takeaway is that AI can have value if you use your easy answers to think more, rather than just treating them like trivia and forgetting about it.

i have't meet a normie who use chatbots casually to answer simple questions, the only ones i have meet that used them are programmers and enginers for work, but i don't think they they let the AI do all the work for them.
however i am worried it might become a norm for future generations.

no, actually i am happy that the idiot masses finaly got a nanny AI that tells them exactly what to do and how. The masses were always fucking stupid, but their cluelessness was cause of so many fucking problems. Now they can ask "how to X" to any LLM and get a proper, understandable for low IQ idiots manual, so they dont fuck up as often as they used to.
Sure the Idiots will continue to exist and procreate but at least they wont fuck up as often.

Won't make a dent for the wider public - and we're talking about the effect on them, no? They'll use te most convenient ones, those that work easily on their cell phones and come with fake social proof and a seal of approval from the (((experts))) via marketing.

yeah sure, it sucks they get currated and "current year" acceptable answers, but the normie idiots already get those from the MSN news. The real proble is the lazyness of fucking NPCs, they just use the most convenient tool to compensate for their intellectual shortcomings. LLMs are just a very very very convenient tool akin to googles search engine back in the day.
LLMs just summarize searchqueries into short, understandable titbits that norms can comprehend.
I just wish fukken media wouldnt use the Term "AI" that fucking much
