IQ 52 = can barely manage cleaning
IQ 62 = lowest IQ possible to manage farming
IQ 75 = lowest IQ to reach high school (50/50 chance)

IQ 200+ = immeasurable
Everything above 160 is extrapolation for the most part. Most of the time the modern tests used are WAIS-R or Stanford-Binet. Both max at 160. Any other tests are usually designed by specific societies, have arguable value, and any numbers above 160 are extrapolation.
This is also not talking about g factor, or inaccuracy of IQ tests to quantify extremes. Richard Feynman had an IQ of 125 reportedly, because the test at the time could not properly measure his mathematical ability - he mastered calculus at 15, and loved to joke about this IQ score. Secondly, US military IQ averages slightly higher than median of the general population as testing culls drastically.
