They can, but occupying it and then maintaining control will require conscription.
US Army isn’t that big, like 60 brigades if you count National Guard.
They are very short on actual combat personnel, like infantry.

See Ukraine as to how modern war looks like. Maneuver is very hard. If they had men and equipment to spare, they could force their way through, but they don’t. A lot of shit was spent in Ukraine in the past few years and production hasn’t made up the deficit.
