No, Europe is more dangerous. The violence in the United States is "underground" and only affects those involved in it, namely gangs, because the population can defend itself with firearms, and the United States is a large country, so the population is not forced to endure it. On the other hand, in Europe, the violence directly targets the population on a daily basis and is in smaller areas that you cannot escape and without any means of defending yourself (you are not even allowed to carry a knife, let alone use it)
