No, I mean national and international politics.
I don't vote in federal elections, I don't respect or care about the federal government.
I don't give two fucks about Israel, or Iran, or Russia, or Ukraine, or China. I focus my life on my life and what I can tangibly influence. I feel as though hooking yourself up to the 24/7 News Cycle and getting reactionbaited by every headline is the most exhausting way to live.
I won't pretend I didn't do it when I was 17, but I'm 27 now.

I still like politics, just not national or international ones. Nobody wants to actually discuss political ideologies, it's just endless happeningposting. It's like how /biz/ was, for a very brief moment, an actually usable board where you could talk about small business ventures, investments, ect. prior to cryptocurrencies completely destroying everything.
The Meme Magic Tourism of 2016 has ruined this place. It wasn't perfect before, but following the 2012 election, actually picking through Libertarianism as it fell off, discussing the merits of Neo-Conservatism as applied to the state or local level, there used to be people who actually liked politics on this board.
