With no internet, turning on the TV was nearly automatic in the 90's. Whether you watched it or not. I didn't have cable at home, and Seinfeld aired around supper time. Honestly, it was one of the better shows to watch. There was no story to follow. Once you knew the characters, you knew what to expect and you didn't need to follow show after show to understand a story.

Jewish comedy isn't just Seinfeld. It's Curb your enthusiasm, Arrested Development, Leslie Neilson, stuff like Airplane and Repossessed, Naked Gun - all that tongue in cheek type comedy or absurdist comedy, it flows out of jewish comedy.

You can acknowledge there's a lot of powerful jews fucking the world over and still recognize their comedy and stories are well written. Ashkenazi jews have some of the highest IQs on average, it makes sense they're good with stories, funny or dramatic. There's a reason they run hollywood.

This isn't to say others aren't good at it too, but jewish comedy and jewish storytelling is generally solid (when it's trying anyway and not just 100% political propaganda). Saying it's not is like being one of those black guys who says all white music and movies and culture "lacks soul" because it's "not melanated" or some shit because you just flat out hate honkeys.

You can acknowledge what a group is good at even if you have a problem with them. I'm sure you wouldn't try to argue jews are bad with money just because you dislike them lol.

You have to be able to keep some degree of objectivity even when dealing with groups that systemically abuse people and things you care about or you lose all rationality.

You can't just say "this group bad, everything they make is bad." They wouldn't be so successful if everything they produced was objectively poor quality.
