>>508521892>we simply didn't develop any mental resistance towards subversionOur institutions didn't either. Many of them started off as being run by nuns and priests with forms compatible with christian heresies, but staffed by domain experts who had the tools and knowledge to keep that shit locked down. Then when Canada secularized we didn't exactly secularize. The government took over as-is where-is with the same employees. Who eventually began to retire.
Canada remains the biggest cheerleader of the craziest gender nonsense because we have no defence against it. It's Catharism come again with spiritually special people the more special the more they physically destroy the body they were given. They're so brave.
The school system can't protect autistic gay kids from it. The state media can't keep itself from lying about it or about the points of view expressed by Canadian parents. The opposition fully endorses it. Despite countries from the USA to the UK to Denmark doing a hard course correction based on scientific evidence... Canada just can't.
Simultaneously Canada's systems for self-correction have been co-opted and broken. As recently as the 90s a political party leader in Canada would be expected to accept and deal with his MPs/MPPs/MLAs publicly expressing contrary points of view on topics. To do otherwise would be proof of cowardice. Now Canadian society's expectations have changed, or at least our media thinks and says so, and every political party comes with shady centralized committees to eliminate any candidate who may prove to be a threat in the future.
Even when Canada's contemporaries have anti-foreign agent legislation, pass new such legislation, and Canada's Parliament passes a demand for government to implement such legislation... Canada just doesn't lol. Potentially nefarious foreign agents remain free and clear to subvert the country, untracked, except by CSIS, if CSIS isn't too busy getting away with raping each other.
