Why dont they just take Taiwan with rapidity and stealth and deal a death blow to the Mutt Empire?

JewSA is teetering on the brink, one big event or false flag and we are done

China can afford to play the slow game, as American empire gradually implodes.

the threat of invading taiwan is more valuable than taiwan.
it's what they learned from hong kong. as soon as the ccp started throwing their weight around hong kong lost all utility as a gateway for international trade.
for a long time china has been restrictive on international investment, and hong kong provided a loophole. since the loophole was closed, as would be with a taiwan invasion, the red tape of china becomes prohibitive.

They are prepared to take taiwan in the event of taiwan seeking nuclear weapons or if a war with the usa breaks out for some other reason.

I do not think Taiwan has anything that china actually needs. China can trade with taiwan to get what it needs for now.

Taiwan in its current form is more valuable. If the MuttSA tries to turn Taiwan into a military outpost they will be destroyed, but right now it's a technology and economic outpost with value for both sides.

Mainland China is Taiwanโ€™s is biggest trade partner. Xi doesn't want to roll in and buttfuck Taiwan. He's always wanted peaceful reunification. It's convenient to the mainland to maintain Taiwan as a half-step Chinese colony. A lot of former TSMC scientists are in China right helping improve China's tech.

They will come to an agreement without ever firing a bullet or spilling a drop of Han blood and semiconductor production will never stop, like how China was able to take Hong Kong back.

Have any of you ever considered that China takes countries from within, not through war?

China already owns over half of the businesses operating in Taiwan, and probably a good chunk of the real estate, etc. They know that military action is unnecessary, And likely to lead to a less profitable Taiwan. The current arrangement benefits them, that's why "status quo" is the biggest voting issue in Taiwan.

I mean half of China's history is it imploding so it wouldn't be surprising in the slightest. We're probably gonna see it again once Chinnie the Pooh dies unless he starts distributing his powerbase.

Given how aggressively China has encroached on the Philippines and other countries with their man-made islands, it's astonishing that they haven't taken Matsu and Kinmen yet.
I only assume it's because they don't see any value in aggression against fellow Chinese, and are waiting for reunification sentiment to take over for them.

OP you have to realize that "do nothing" is Chinese culture. They wait and are too cautious, and give their enemy infinite time to circumvent any plans the Chinese have.

Must be. I guess they're looking at Russia's '''salami slicing''' in Ukraine with very high levels of interest, and have concluded that any attack will result in Taiwan going fortress-max for a century.
