i got the exact same email kek. i saw it on my old hotmail account. it's because your email often gets leaked when sites you registered to get hacked. scammers then send mails like this to all of those emails hoping that someone bites.

I got one of these today too in my junk folder. I usually block all spam emails but this one supposedly spoofed to have come from me. Nothing in the sent folder (although they could have deleted) but yeah just deleted it. I don't even have a webcam on my main computer either.
