Hamas was never a shia ally, they were simply resistant to the jewish state like iran is. So Sinwar started the war off to prevent normalization with saudi arabia and then jews went genocidal in gaza and hezbollah/yemen came to their defense. Hezbollah didn't realize israel had been planning for 20 years to murder them, planting explosives in pagers and finding out where their hiding spots were with spies. Hezbollah is better at fighting than israel thought in 2006, and jews spent this time planning against them because they couldn't defeat hezbollah normally. Then jews bombed beirut like they bombed gaza, killed hezbollah leadership and hezbollah withdrew. Then assad fell, this is the biggest piece of the puzzle, because he protected iran with air defenses. When he fell israel went after bases and destroyed all anti-air missile systems and took control of mount hernon, so hezbollah cannot be resupplied through syria. Taking control of syrian airspace allowed jewish state to bomb iran in this 1 year window before hezbollah, iran or syria could create a new defense and deterrence to israeli aggression.

All of proxies were all dumb. They didn't know how to practice restraint. They all started attacking Israel without air defence. Iran on the hand heavily infiltrated with Mossad. And their is Shi'a-Sunni thing. Biggest flaw of them, I think they lacked coordination. Instead of attacking Israel on all front at once,, they did it individually and got fucked.

Hamas was never with iran or shia, but because they got abandoned by nearby arab countries they needed a back up plan. When oct/7th happened, iran and its proxies had a really good chance to win if the yjoint ALL together supporting gaza, but the didn't, hizbulla thought they can hit non critical targets for few weeks and then call it a day when the war is done. israel was determined and had it all planed and they went after them one by one, iran realized that and started scapgoating them, first Hanya in iran, then nasrualla (it was said iran leaked his location), then Iran president Raisi in the chopper, all o iran can reserve its nuclear program, because iran never cared about gaza or palestine it just for political agenda never a principle, welp, israel cont locomotive until finished iran. As you can see, hamas is still fighting because they are not connected to iran or any of its proxies.

Iran was too scared of the US joining the war that they never had had the initiative for anything and instead gave israel every chance to plan and attack them one by one while the others watching.
