The plastic bottle that disintegrates as you use it, releasing micro plastics continuously technically is made of one giant macro plastic, goy.

The micro plastics contained in the glass that aren't getting in your food or drink are definitely dangerous though, stop using glass. Also stop eating meat and drink more coke than milk, it's good for you.

It's odd how everything these days is bad for you. It's a cycle. Imagine what all this shit does to one's psyche. The entire lugenpresse system is always pushing headlines like this without offering a final solution. It's always all negative and the words used "shocking, scary, concerning, doomsday," etc. etc. People say it's just to sell clicks but I can't imagine it all being coincidental. Operation mockingbird proved that.

FR no cap. Glass is melted and blow molded at very high temperatures, probably enough to just burn or vaporize plastics and render them as bubbles in the glass. Plastic obviously isnt used to process glass, so how the fuck does it get in there? It's nonsense unless they are blasting glass bottles with plastics dust afterwards.

I want to live in the scifi fantasy future where our tissues slowly polymerize as they're replaced by plastics turning us into living dolls but also functionality granting immortality instead of the real life one where everyone just slowly gets cancer instead and by the time the people with power capable of making any real change finally snap themselves out of the denial they're living in for how insanely profitable and essential to nearly all global industries and infrastructure plastics are and at long last manage to look past their greed and desire to mantain the status quo enough to realize the severity of the problem it's already too late to fix and we go extinct like the one we're in now. Being in the first scenario instead would be reeeeeeal nice but fantasy isn't real life. What's going to happen instead is it's going to kill us all, just so you know.

Yes, he's always been legit. His mantra has always been that he will do all the stuff thats been proven statistically and backed up by hard data.
And he posts the results of everything he does online. He has legitamately done some pretty impressive stuff.
He has the record for the longest streak of perfect sleep. Also has the record for the person who ages the least biologically. The second best is a USC medical doctor. But this guy has a small team of doctors going through any and all studies on things he can do to improve his health.
And that's been his problem and my critique from the beginning: he does a lot of experimental stuff that seems wonky, like getting transfusions of his son's blood.
I tried his sleep protocol and it has done wonders for me. If everyone did 25% of what he's doing, everyone would be a lot less sick and we wouldn't be spending so much on healthcare

>Caps were suspected to be the main source of contamination, as the majority of particles isolated in beverages were identical to the colour of caps and shared the composition of the outer paint.

>"We then noticed that in the glass, the particles emerging from the samples were the same shape, colour and polymer composition, so therefore the same plastic as the paint on the outside of the caps that seal the glass bottles," Ms Chaib added.

>Of all the bottles, the beer bottles had the highest microplastic count, with an average of 60 particles per litre, followed by lemonade with around 40 per cent. Flat and sparkling water showed relatively low levels of microplastics across all packaging types: about 4.5 particles per litre in glass bottles compared to 1.6 particles in plastic ones.

>"The results show that glass containers were more contaminated than other packaging for all beverages except wine, because wine bottles were closed with cork stoppers rather than metal caps."

Just get ones with metal caps and you're fine

Fear turns off the reasoning part in your brain. Keeping people in perpetual fear with endless crisis or the illusion of endless crisis helps to make the population follow orders, to keep them controlled. Additionally it demoralises you, it breaks your spirit, makes you a submissive passive recipient of contextual instructions all around you. This is how you neutralise a critical mass of opposition before it's able to believably threaten the status quo

I am going to be honest I am not so worried about "microplastics" because the main one that is released is inert and non-reactives which is why its used in plastics. It requires specific substances to break down its strong bonds. Which means our bodys shouldn't be reacting at all to the substance, I dont think it would even react to it like an allergen either?

No for sure, that makes total sense. It's inert, so it shouldn't be a problem.

But the wild thing is that it's not about a reaction. These little plastic bits are just building up everywhere inside us. So our bodies are just constantly aggravated by these tiny foreign invaders.

And that's when my brain jumps to... okay, could THAT be why we're seeing more prostate cancer or dementia? Like our bodies are just pissed off that this stuff is there all the time. Idk, but it feels like something we shouldn't just ignore, you know
