It remains to be seen how much sealing the entrances with earth and dirt can actually help limit the damage.
At any rate, these American bombings may turn out to be a blessing in disguise.
The Iranians can claim that all stockpiles of nearly military-grade uranium were destroyed, even if they in truth had moved the uranium somewhere else.
Now they just have to kick out the IAEA and try to make sure the Mossad doesn't find out where the uranium is. The past part may be a little difficult given the Iranian counter-intelligence failure that led to the death of Salami and Bagheri, but here is hoping :^)

They need to seal close to the deepest point

Bunker busters can’t reach the base but they can reach the tunnels up to a certain depth, plugging the entrance does nothing, you need to plug the end of the tunnels

America already used precise missiles that could reasonably fly through the tunnels so putting something to stop that at the front is a good idea, but it’s better to let air vent out of the tunnels and have a heavy block at the base of the tunnels
