only if he ate it voluntarily for no good reason, a good reason would be survival.
If a dead muslims body is decorated with bacon it's obviously not his fault so Allah wont be mad.

I've had muslims trying and liking Bratwurst and bacon voluntarily though. But these guys also drink alcohol and do all kinds of haram things.
