The ceasefire is only a stalling tactic to float more weapons into Israel so that they can finish the job, Chang. Never trust anything coming out of Israel or the US government (Israel). If I was Iran I would accept and then instantly violate the ceasefire and do it theatrically as a fuck you to both of these. Israel did all of that because they know the Trump (and every other US president in the modern era) is spineless and/or compromised and would never threaten to cut Israel off from the huge quantities of military aid that the US provides them completely free of charge, and on top of that they - correctly - gambled that Trump was stupid enough to be goaded into direct military intervention against Israel's enemies. All he had to do was put his foot down on the matter of US military action against Iran and threaten to cut off the flow of weapons and money if Israel didn't start behaving themselves and I guarantee you the Israeli government would suddenly have got cold feet about the idea of starting wars with all their neighbours.
