I own two homes. The first I bought at 2.3% but got raped at 6.8% for my second. The first I turned from a slum into a small and quaint 1 bed 1 bath and lived in it until I need something larger. I bought again and am fixing up this shithole too. I don’t make a lot of money, I rent the small house and that helps me pay the mortgage on the second house.
