To be fair Biden, Obama, and Clinton did air strikes without getting congressional approval with the war powers act. Clinton in Kosovo and Bosnia, Obama in Libya with drone strikes in Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia (drone striking US citizens too) and Biden in Iraq and Syria. All without congressional approval. I don't agree with the air strikes against Iran but pretty much every president has been doing this. I would say Bush too but I think all his air strikes were approved since we just went to war.
