German court decides that believing Germany belongs to the the ethnic german people is against the constitution!

Today was a widely anticipated court decision because the german government had forbidden a rigth wing press magazin.
Whilet the court ruled against that, at the same time they confirmed that its forbidden according to the "constitution" to see a difference between ethnic germans and foreigners.

This is not a free country.

Our "constitution" has been a method of enslavement for the last 80 years.

you can say it as an indivudal, but as soon as your organize they forbid it, because it would be a "danger to the constitution"

It is forbidden to think of the word "Volk"/"a people" as having any other meaning than "those humans who have a passport of country X".
If you say something that suggests you define "Volk"/"a people" differently, for example by heritage, you can get into trouble - at least if you are some organization or political party.
