Treating middle-east negotiations like a property deal obviously doesn't work. Hasn't worked in Ukraine/russia either.
Maybe if Trump looked at people who were actually successful diplomats/negotiators in international relations and tried to learn how these things work he might be more successful.

America isnt the strong country it once was. The POTUS is not some kind of Hobbesian leviathan that can just call the shots and expect everyone to follow.
