The word "snitching" is black. You cannot recontextualize White culture into black terms and have it mean the same thing. Context matters. White culture involves following the agreed upon rules, and when rules are broken to handle the situation diplomatically or through an official channel granted authority. When you break the rules you know you're opening yourself up to repercussions from police, but you also know what those repercussions are and you know that by accepting the police you most likely don't have to worry about individuals getting revenge independently.

In that there's very little in-group preference among white people at large, sure. There aren't a lot of times they want to call the cops on each other though and this isn't actually what he's complaining about.
Niggers should appreciate their white neighbor calling 911 on their loitering and rowdy cookouts. In a sane world, their neighbors would hunt them down for sport.
