It should be illegal for large equity firms (Blackrock) to be able to buy houses, if they want to build new homes that's perfectly acceptable but buying already existing homes is unacceptable. No party will fix this. Increasing wages creates inflation. Decreasing home prices contracts the money supply (since most credit is based on value of existing assets). It's "The Wealth Effect" policy, it's intentional and will not be reversed.
