USAID was basically 100% funding the DNC as well. Now that that's gone they have no money.

DNC itself still owes their creditors BILLIONS from Hillary's failed bid. Any money they receive has to go right out to the creditors so they're using PACs exclusively now. Republicans should make a stink about PACs and pull some shenanigans to get the liberal ones shut down for midterms.
