Woke capital. I worked in the industry for 25 years. And the venture capitalists who fund the industry all bought into DEI. And they basically said you MUST hire this many trannies (or similar provided they were high on the oppression scale). The last 5+ years has been teams with veterans doing all the work and then the DEI squad as the junior team members. Now the trannies are trained and have taken over.
