Tell them they don't speak Spanish correctly.

None of them do, they basically speak in the equivalent of broken ebonics when they speak Spanish and hearing actual people in Spain speak the language is almost incomprehensible to them. But in addition to that 99% of Mexicans are just LARPing to be obnoxious. If you ever meet a Mexican IRL and watch them try to speak Spanish to their family they'll tell them they're saying everything wrong and eventually they'll be forced to switch back to English. It's their secret shame.

At work, there's lots of migrants who only know Spanish. When they want to speak to me, they pull out their cell phone and use google translate. I read the translated Spanish. I really don't enjoy this. My job sucks.

I've done it before, it's not that satisfying. They feel a camaraderie with you for being an immigrant. It's better to go full White Nationalist and tell them this is America and we speak English. I had a Mexican roommate when I was younger that would always try to get uppity about: "Why should I speak English, why don't YOU learn Spanish?" and I'd always tell him that it was because WE won the war. I'd then remind him he only speaks Spanish because he lost the war and that his people didn't invent it he was supposed to be speaking Aztec and he would run off to his room to see the about it.
