it's hard to tell. if the ceasefire holds, then netanyahu will have trouble explaining his attack on iran domestically, may get ousted and presumably replaced with a less hawkish kike. this is the most optimistic option.
the less happy path involves more hostilities, maybe some false flags, maybe some (((iranian terrorism))) leading to more war with iran with the long term purpose of total destabilization and a color revolution.

Absolute, but geopolitics and Trump is weird at the best of times. Israel only has the "tHey hAvE nuKes" card to justify doing anything in Iran. Taking that away potentially makes it easier to negotiate a ceasefire with Israel, more difficult with Iran obviously, but ultimately Iran just doesn't want to get invaded. So they'll take a few precision strikes over a full blown invasion any day.

I don't think the Trump administration is 100% kiked, kiked to some degree absolutely, but it's not unilateral, there is push back and division. Otherwise the US would have been boots on the ground back in January.
