Get a good water filter try to get 80% of your cals from unprocessed food, focus on meat, eggs, fruit, dairy etc. Move out of the city, if you can't do comfy backwoods, even the suburb's away from Freeways and close to parks and gardens is good. Go walking outdoors often and daily. Get good sleep and keep as many internet devices connected through ethernet as you can and you'll do fine and look chaddy.
