I'm hoping i didn't go full retard, put 6k into 2 high yield weekly stocks that are pretty volatile. First week in and i've made $78 in dividends. Assuming this week is an average and i don't reinvest those dividends into more of the stocks it'll take 80 weeks for me to make the principle back in just dividends, but it's not like the stock is going to disappear so i can always just sell....
the stocks themselves are up $74 total so i'm in the green anyway.

not to defend a sad little gig worker but i'm assuming 'active work' means he's actually out either picking up or delivering food so that's just a bit under $30 an hour. Unless he's somewhere like California where gas is going to be expensive and he'll spend most of his time in traffic just wasting the tank i'd be surprised if he used more than half a tank. Given each customer only took 20min from accepting the order to delivery i doubt he's actually using all that much gas.
