Why is their language, and the modern languages that descended from it very different from other European languages? (Finnish, Hungarian, Sami)

Why did the Hungarian people split off and migrate to Hungaria?

How come Hungarian is perhaps the most complex language of modern European languages, and yet the Sami, who speak a related language, have accomplished nothing?

this one is easy to answer, I believe Sami originally spoke a inuit language related to Greenlandic

but being so close proximity to Finns, Sami gradually took an archaic Finnish language which had branched of from Baltic Sea Finnic 3000 years ago

Sami then went its own way for 3000-2000 years

Baltic Sea Finnish continued to be in close contact with Livonian, Estonian and Vepsian languages 2500 years ago to 1000 years ago and then contact was cut for a thousand years

I'm going to study Latin and Greek, because these two are the only European languages which are so-called classical languages, which basically means they are of higher cultural value than the other languages, similar to how you have classical literature and classical music. I don't think any modern European languages compare to classical Latin and ancient Greek in terms of how rich and refined they are, however I'm interested in learning about the history of languages in general.

Latin and Greek were the languages of the classical education of Medieval Europe, that alone is enough for me to want to study it. When Finland was part of Sweden there was an 8 year long school where you studied nothing but grammar, logic and rhetoric and the grammar was Greek and Latin grammar. Swedish, Finnish, English etc were the peasant languages, Greek and Latin is what the educated class learned. Ask yourself why this education has vanished. The Mansi are a mix population with majority N1b paternal lines which is shared with other language speakers. You would certainly find them in West Uralics too if we assume that we are the earliest Western migration. And there's certainly some credence to the idea that West Uralics migrated early since we lack the Turkic/Mongolian elements of the ones in Russia.
