I use coffee and 4chan to basically dull the senses, without them I would be too aware of the grief, hopelessness and frustration that's constantly present just beneath the surface. I'm constantly one small misstep away from everything going to shit, and I'd rather not be reminded of this fact, so I drown it out instead. It's a pathetic, shallow kind of life, but is the alternative better? I'm a slave regardless.
